- Subscription Fees for Landlords: If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your payment and have not yet used the services (i.e., published your property listing), you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Service Errors: If there is a mistake on our part (such as incorrect listings or system errors that prevent you from using the platform), we will work to rectify the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a partial or full refund.
- Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Published Listings: Once a property listing has been published and is live on the platform, it is not eligible for a refund.
- Marketing or Promotion Fees: Any promotional fees paid for enhanced listings, advertising, or additional marketing services are non-refundable.
- Tenant Application Fees: Any fees paid for tenant applications, background checks, or referencing are non-refundable, as they represent the costs associated with processing those applications.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: In your email, please include your account details, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation (such as proof of double payment or evidence of an issue with the service).
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 7 business days and inform you of the outcome. If approved, we will process the refund within 14 days, depending on your payment method.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider.
