You’ll be guided through setting up a tenant profile, which includes uploading your ID, employment details, proof of income, and any previous landlord references. This profile forms your ‘Tenant Passport’ and can be used for multiple property applications without repeating paperwork.Save time with search filters that actually work. Only see properties that are currently available—complete with clear photos, full descriptions, and no upfront surprises. Whether you're looking for a pet-friendly flat, student housing, or family homes, our filters help you find the right fit fast.

2. Property Listing & Ownership Verification


Add your property details, photos, and rental terms. To protect tenants and support compliance, you’ll need to verify ownership via HM Land Registry or by uploading a mortgage statement or title deed. Once approved, your listing goes live and is syndicated to major portals like Rightmove and Zoopla (if applicable).

3. Setting Screening Criteria


Use our smart tools to set applicant criteria including income threshold, credit history, and tenant type (e.g. students, professionals).
