2. Property Listing & Ownership Verification
Add your property details, photos, and rental terms. To protect tenants and support compliance, you’ll need to verify ownership via HM Land Registry or by uploading a mortgage statement or title deed. Once approved, your listing goes live and is syndicated to major portals like Rightmove and Zoopla (if applicable).
3. Setting Screening Criteria
Use our smart tools to set applicant criteria including income threshold, credit history, and tenant type (e.g. students, professionals). All tenants can view listings and apply, regardless of whether they’ve completed the pre-qualification.
