Tenancies are from 14/10/2025- 13/8/2026. The rent includes electricity, gas (where applicable), water, communal area Tv license and Wifi. Outside, The Forum offers several well-maintained areas, perfect for alfresco studying, as well as several secure cycle storage areas. The Forum also has limited gated parking spaces, costing £25 a month.

The flats range in size and layout. Each flat contains a kitchen with fridge/freezer(s), sink, hob and oven. A real bonus is that each kitchen contains a dishwasher. The 5-bedroom flats provide great communal spaces allowing any flat social night to be possible. Bedroom doors are fitted with an individual lock-suite providing privacy and security.
